Chief People Officer
Macy is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, responsible for all functions within Human Resources including culture, employee benefits, compensation, professional development strategies, talent acquisition, HR systems, employee relations as well as policy and procedures, with a specialty in the area of acquisition integration and organizational development.
Macy also oversees production, corporate planning and facilities for all offices of Access Intelligence. Macy began her career with Miller Freeman as a Personnel Assistant. She held various positions within Administration and Human Resources before being appointed Director of Human Resources. In 1999, she was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and joined the Miller Freeman USA board of directors.
Macy joined Access Intelligence in 2001. She is a former Chairperson of Connectiv’s (American Business Media) HR Committee and current co-chair of the HR Special Interest Group for SISO and has spoken at several tradeshow industry events including ECEF and SISO.
